Let me preface this review by stating that cavities can not be completely "reversed": there will always be a hole or indentation where the dental carie was. I went to the dentist in 2022, and they said I had 4, and potentially 5, cavities. I told them I didn't want to do fillings yet. I switched to this toothpaste, started taking Health Natura True K2 Mk4 1 mg per drop 1 ounce, worked on gut health (stomach acid production, microbiome, bile production, etc.), and rinsed with water after every meal.
I went back to the dentist in 2024, and they said that I had 3 SMALL cavities. I was ecstatic about this because the fillings were much smaller than they would have been in 2022.
I have included photos of my teeth to show the progress. As you can see, there wasn't full "remission" for my cavities, but some dark spots on the teeth disappeared by 2024. I'm also aware that the angles aren't exactly the same but they're pretty close.
Any tooth sensitivity has also disappeared since using this toothpaste.
An excellent book is "Cure Tooth Decay" by Ramiel Nagel which summarizes Weston A. Price's book "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration." Nutrition plays a large role in oral health and I highly recommend you pick up both books if you're prone to cavities or oral health issues.

Love this toothpaste. Fresh mouth, non toxic.
My teeth have always been sensitive until I began using Boka. I am using orange Creamcicle and the flavor is great without an after taste. The only negative is the lid is hard for me to open so I screw the top off.
Great as usual.
