Excellent Product Results; even Better Customer Service

While I am quite pleased with level of change after only 8-10 applications, I ran into a little hiccup that concerned me. I sent an inquiry, and received an almost synchronous respond from Lei. For me personally, the measure of a company is how they respond to inquiry, questions, or issues.

I give a 5 Star for the product above, and 7 Stars for both the response, and the solution to my concern, and the expediency of both.

By the way, my wife and I are using the toothpaste and we are pleasantly surprised.
