Directions for use

To use without toothpaste, lightly wet toothbrush and dip bristles into powder to coat, then brush as usual. To give your current toothpaste a boost of whitening and nourishing ingredients, first apply toothpaste to toothbrush then dip into powder to coat. Use at least once a week and increase usage depending on your desired results.
